Cincon Launches MF10/MF20D EMI Filter Modules – MIL-STD-461 (F, G) Compliant

Cincon introduces the new MF10D and MF20D EMI filter modules, designed to simplify EMI compliance in military and industrial DC-DC converter systems. Fully compliant with MIL-STD-461 (F, G), these modules offer a ready-to-use filtering solution for demanding airborne and ground defense applications.

These modules reduce both common-mode and differential-mode noise, and are ideal for 24V / 28V DC bus architectures typically found in military and aerospace systems.

Practical Integration Support

Cincon provides reference designs, test board layouts, and example circuits to help engineers integrate these modules with popular DC-DC bricks such as the CQB150W-24S24.

Successful CE102 conducted EMI compliance was achieved using the MF20D075P filter with CQB150W-24S24, following the recommended layout and components.

A complete derating guide is also available to ensure safe thermal operation up to 110°C case temperature.
