The Cincon CHM150 is a 150 W isolated DC/DC converter in a half-brick package, designed for critical medical applications including cardiac-contact and patient-connected devices. It provides 2 MOPP isolation to IEC/UL 60601-1 3rd Edition with 5,000 Vac input-to-output rating and leakage current below 10 µA for CF (Cardiac Floating) classification. Operating from a 24 V nominal input (18–36 V DC), output voltages of 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V are available at up to 91.5% efficiency. The conduction-cooled aluminium baseplate supports sealed enclosures across –40 °C to +100 °C, with an MTBF of up to 1,725,000 hours.

Designed for liquid-cooled baseplate integration, the ADH series works within a complete 800 V DC power chain alongside Advanced Energy's NDQ bus converters and Hot Swap Control module - covering the full conversion path for megawatt-scale AI rack environments.
