A Compact System Built for Demanding Edge Applications
The ACS313 is a fanless box PC based on 13th Generation Intel® Core™ processors, available with U300E, i3-1315UE, i5-1335UE, and i7-1365UE variants. It is designed for applications where high computing performance, flexible expansion, and reliable long-term operation in industrial environments are all required simultaneously.
Target applications include machine vision systems, intelligent automation and robotics, edge data processing, AI-supported analytics at the point of production, and connected industrial control environments. The fanless design and industrial-grade protection features make it equally suited to installations where maintenance access is limited or where environmental conditions are demanding.
Performance and Memory
The ACS313 supports dual-channel DDR5-5200 SO-DIMM memory with a maximum capacity of 96 GB, providing the data bandwidth required for real-time AI inference, image processing, and parallel workloads at the edge. The system is built around the MBE330 proprietary board architecture, offering a clearly defined expansion path for application-specific configurations.
Display Connectivity for Multi-Screen Environments
One of the most practical features of the ACS313 for industrial and automation environments is its multi-display capability. The system supports up to four independent displays simultaneously through a combination of HDMI 2.0, two DisplayPort++ outputs, and two USB-C ports with DisplayPort Alternate Mode. This makes it well suited to HMI installations, machine vision setups, and operator workstations where multiple visual outputs are needed from a single compact unit.
Extensive I/O for Industrial Integration
The ACS313 is equipped with a broad set of interfaces to support integration into existing and new industrial infrastructures:

- 4× internal M.2 slots supporting two NVMe storage devices, a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, and a 4G/5G communication module with dual Nano-SIM slots
- Isolated COM 1 and COM 2 serial ports for stable communication in electrically noisy industrial environments

Flexible Mounting and Practical Maintenance
The ACS313 supports both DIN rail mounting and wall mounting, allowing it to be integrated into cabinet-based installations as well as directly mounted in machine enclosures or on structural surfaces. A removable drive bay for 2.5-inch HDDs or SSDs enables quick and straightforward replacement of storage media without disassembling the unit – an important practical consideration for systems deployed in production environments.
Industrial Protection and Security
For reliable operation in environments where power quality cannot always be guaranteed, the ACS313 incorporates overvoltage, undervoltage, and reverse polarity protection. Hardware security is provided through TPM 2.0 support, addressing the requirements of applications where data integrity and system authentication are important. The operating temperature range covers -10 °C to +50 °C (or +60 °C depending on processor variant), with storage temperature tolerance down to -20 °C.
