New Ultra-Compact 45W and 65W AC/DC Power Supplies with GaN Technology
A new generation of compact AC/DC power supplies is now available, engineered to deliver high power density and efficiency in space-constrained industrial environments. The TECS/TEPS45F (45W) and TECS/TEPS65F (65W) modules integrate cutting-edge Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, planar magnetics, and high-frequency switching topologies to achieve up to 93.5% efficiency within a minimal 1" x 2.3" footprint.
Designed for flexible integration, the series offers two layout options: TEPS with PCB pins and TECS with crimp-style JST connectors. Both versions share a common footprint to simplify system upgrades and support a wide range of industrial applications.

The TECS/TEPS series is built for long-term operation from –10 to +70 °C, with 3000 VAC input-output isolation and a leakage current of 0.25 mA max. A dust-protected housing (option N) will be available from 2024 for harsher environments.
