congatec has expanded the environmental and railway certification scope for its conga-TC675r, a COM Express Compact Type 6 module built for extreme conditions and mission-critical embedded applications. The module has now successfully passed the demanding IEC 60068 environmental tests, confirming its resilience against temperature stress, humidity, shock, and vibration.
Designed for embedded systems exposed to harsh real-world operation, the conga-TC675r targets autonomous vehicles, AMRs, industrial IoT, wayside systems, critical infrastructure, and increasingly railway applications.
Built to Withstand the Harshest Conditions
With compliance to:
- IEC 60068 (temperature, humidity, shock, vibration)
- IEC 61373 Category 2 (railway shock & vibration)
The conga-TC675r ensures dependable performance in environments where reliability cannot be compromised.
Its rugged design includes:
- Extended temperature range: –40 to +85 °C
- Soldered LPDDR5x memory with in-band ECC (IBECC)
- Humidity tolerance: 10–85 % operational range

- LPDDR5x memory at 6400 MT/s
